World Cuisines: Focus on Italy will stimulate your senses and tantalize your taste buds. Participants will travel from Italy, learning ancient rules the Pope imposed over pasta to the Louvre in Paris to see Mona Lisa to the French Riviera to see a famous restaurant in St. Tropez with a floor made of sand. 

We will travel to cooking schools in Greece and Hungary and learn traditions around dining in Morocco. Several famous landmarks from the Vatican to the beaches of Santorini will delight those who join this culinary and historical adventure. 

We look forward to partnering with your dietary staff to plan complementary menu items. All those attending will have the opportunity to share their own ethnic food traditions and will leave feeling enriched with new knowledge of their peers most treasured foodie stories.
